“You should start a podcast,” they said, “It’ll be fun.” And it has been—fun, rewarding, but also incredibly challenging. After another devastating episode loss due to tech issues with my new computer, I felt so defeated.
My Ego was ready to quit, and I was almost convinced to follow. But I believe in showing the process—the good, the bad, and the messy, behind-the-scenes struggles—whether it’s in my healing journey or producing this podcast.
In this week’s episode, I’m keeping it real and sharing what went down. Because, as they say, “shit happens,” but you can either quit or, as the late Aaliyah sang, “Dust yourself off and try again.”
Thanks to all the Tami Talks listeners who continue to press play as I navigate this bumpy ride.

Jen gets vulnerable in what turned out to be a somewhat of a "therapy session" in regards to helping her Inner Child release the anger she has felt stuck in and feel safe enough to finally grieve the loss of the childhood she deserved.
